The Super Falcons midfielder Precious Onyinyechi Christopher has completed a move from Tanzanian side Yanga Princess to Turkish club Unyo Kadin Futbol Kulubu.
Precious Christopher who has built her reputation through experience across the Nigerian and Tanzanian Women’s Football Leagues will now begin a new chapter in Turkey as she works to grow her career and raise her profile internationally.
The Midfielder has previously featured for Rivers Angels and Nasarawa Amazons in the Nigeria Women Football League (NWFL), where she gained valuable experience competing at the highest level of Women’s Football in Nigeria.
She later moved to Tanzania, joining Yanga Princess also known as Young Africans Women, where she continued to develop her game in the Tanzanian Women’s Football League.
Christopher also had a brief stint with Simba Queens, another prominent name in Tanzanian women’s football, further adding to her experience in East African football.
Her performances at club level eventually earned her recognition from the Nigeria National Women’s Team. In February 2026, Precious Christopher received her first senior call-up to the Super Falcons ahead of the team’s international friendly matches against Cameroon.
Her move to Unyo Kadin Futbol Kulubu now presents another opportunity for Christopher to continue her development in a new football environment. Playing in Turkey is expected to provide the midfielder with a fresh challenge as she adapts to a different league, style of play and level of competition.
