The Super Falcons Midfielder Toni Payne made her debut for Inter Milan Women as the Italian side secured a narrow 1-0 victory over Parma in the Serie A Women’s Cup.

Payne, who recently joined Inter Milan, came on from the bench in the 74th minute to make her first appearance for the club.

The Nigerian international brought fresh energy to the Inter Milan attack during the final stages of the game as the team worked to protect their lead and secure an important victory.

The 1-0 result gave Inter Milan a positive start, while Payne’s first appearance marked the beginning of a new chapter in her club career.

The Midfielder joined the Italian side with the aim of making a strong impact and establishing herself as an important player in the team.

Payne has been an important part of the Super Falcons setup, bringing experience, creativity and attacking quality to the Nigerian national team. Her move to Italy now gives her another opportunity to compete at a high level and continue her development.

Although she had limited time on the pitch in her debut, her introduction in the second half will provide a good starting point as she works towards earning more playing time with Inter Milan.
