Jumoke Alani completes move to Yüksekova Spor Kulübü in Turkey.

Nigerian defender Jumoke Alani is set to begin a new chapter in her football career after completing her move to Turkish side Yüksekova Spor Kulübü.

The 21-year-old defender, who has represented Nigeria at both U-20 and senior levels, makes the move to Turkey after an impressive spell in the Nigeria Women’s Football League Premiership.

Alani began her domestic journey with Edo Queens before joining Nasarawa Amazons for the 2025/2026 NWFL Premiership season.

Her performances during the campaign stood out, earning her a place in the 2025/2026 NWFL Team of the Season.

Her consistent performances at club level also earned her recognition on the international stage.

Alani received her breakthrough call-up to the Super Falcons in 2024 for the crucial Paris Olympic Games qualifiers against South Africa, marking an important step in her senior national team journey.

Now, the Young Nigeria Defender is taking her career beyond Nigeria as she joins Yüksekova Spor Kulübü in Turkey.

The move presents Alani with an opportunity to gain valuable international experience, continue her development, and compete at a new level.
