Aston Villa have announced the signing of Super Falcons defender Rofiat Imuran on a permanent deal from London City Lionesses.

The 22-year-old Nigerian defender will now begin a new chapter with the Villans and has been handed the No. 22 jersey at the club.
Imuran joins Aston Villa after making a strong impression at London City Lionesses, where she continued to develop and establish herself as a promising defender.
Her performances at club level also earned her a place in the Super Falcons squad for the 2026 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations.
