Super Falcons Forward Rasheedat Ajibade was in great form, as her Spanish side, Athletico Madrid Femenino clinched the Copa de La Reina after defeating Realmadrid 3-1 via penalties, after the game ended 2-2 in regulation time.

Atletico Madrid came back late in the game, after conceding two goals in the 15th and 56th minutes, before Lucia Moral and Estefania Banini scored in the 88th and 96th minutes to give Las Colchoneras a chance to battle through penalties.

This is the second title that has been won by Rasheedat Ajibade since joining Atletico Madrid from Avaldness IL in 2021. She won the Super Copa title in 2021 and now the Copa de la Reina title.
